1. Welcome & Agreement

Samore Hampers curates gifts with intention, luxury, and restoration. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our site and services.

2. Our Products & Curation

Each Samore hamper is prayerfully and intentionally curated. Variations may occur due to artisan availability, seasonal sourcing, and the unique nature of handcrafted items.

Processing times:
All hampers are prepared to order and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
For personalised, bespoke, or corporate orders, additional time may be required; if so, this will be communicated with clarity and care.

Product Representation
Product images are illustrative. While we maintain the integrity and theme of each hamper, actual contents may vary slightly based on supplier availability and seasonal adjustments. Any substitutions will always be of equal or higher value.

Right to Limit or Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders that violate our terms, appear fraudulent, or cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will communicate promptly and with integrity.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at checkout via Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will honour the price at purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled exclusively via DPD, ensuring reliable tracking and secure handling.

Standard Delivery Included in the price of every hamper.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, and full DPD tracking information will be provided.

Optional Delivery Upgrades

Available at checkout:

  • Weekday Delivery Before 12pm – £10.00
  • Saturday Delivery Before 12pm – £11.50

Pre‑Order & Dispatch Timeframes

All hampers are created on a pre‑order basis and dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery Responsibility & Unexpected Delays

Delivery time frames are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Samore Hampers is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailability to receive the parcel.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

Due to the perishable and curated nature of our hampers, we are unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If this occurs, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs so we can resolve the issue with integrity and care.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Samore Hampers website - including text, poetry, imagery, graphics, designs, and logos - is the intellectual property of Samore Designs Ltd, the registered owner of the Samore Hampers brand.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • our emblem and brand marks
  • our tagline: Curated gifts. Inspired by purpose & moments that matter

·        our brand signature expression: “We don’t just wrap products, we wrap presence”

 

  • our poetic inserts and narrative product descriptions
  • all visual and written creative assets

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content without prior written permission.
Our protected brand elements - including the emblem, tagline, and poetic expressions - must not be altered, adapted, or repurposed in any form.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we steward each order with care and intention, Samore Hampers is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by third‑party couriers, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from the use of our website, the purchase of our products, or the interpretation of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
