Due to the perishable and carefully curated nature of Samore Hampers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Each hamper is assembled with care, intention, and seasonal sensitivity to create a meaningful gifting experience.

If your hamper arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at hello@samorehampers.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue promptly and take appropriate steps to resolve it with care and integrity.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
